Hot in here: Kelly Rowland gets steamy in Lay It On Me video
While Beyoncé spends time focusing on becoming a mother for the first time, Kelly Rowland is heating it up with her latest steamy music video.
The former Destiny's Child singer appears to be in complete control as a host of toned and topless men cater to her every need.
The X Factor judge has found time between mentoring her girls to film Lay It On Me with U.S. rapper Big Sean.

Wearing a revealing white swimsuit Kelly pulls, pushes and grinds her way through the muscular models and at one point even has a guy creeping up between her legs.
In another shot we see her being lifted up high and worshipped by the ripped men before she takes a few of them on one-on-one.

Big Sean adds to the naughtiness of the song when he tells Kelly to 'talk that nasty s***.
He raps: 'The king of the California kings, you gotta call me sire / Watch me lay it down and I ain’t even tired / Putting work in and I ain’t even hired / Hitting high notes, neighbours thought you joined a choir.'
The seductive video was directed by Sarah Chatfield who was also at the helm of Rowland's last single with Lil Wayne, Motivation.
In control: Ms Rowland teases and bosses her men around
The dirty dancing was designed by Frank Gatson Jr. the man behind many of Beyoncé's video moves.
It is believed that Rowland filmed this sultry movie and the video for single Down For Whatever back to back.
While the piano-led Lay It On Me may only get released in America, Down For Whatever is much more of a dance track and will likely be an international release.

Despite being a household name in the UK thanks to X Factor, Kelly has only had one number one hit with Nelly on the 2002 Grammy-winning single Dilemma but hopes this dominatrix-style video will bring her another hit.
The Grammy Award-winning singer hasn't always had a body that she was ready to flaunt.
She went under the knife in October 2007, taking her from an A-cup to a B-cup.
She confessed the year afterwards following speculation: 'I didn’t want to have double Ds and be a little bitty size 2 — that would look nuts!'
Queen of the jungle: Kelly even had an elephant feature in her music video
As for the reason why, she said it had been purely for fashion reasons.
'I was sick of not fitting into my tops,' she explained. 'There was this one really hot House of Dereon top (designed by Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles) that I just wanted to fill that out! [After the surgery,] I put it on and I looked so good! I’m so happy. I feel complete.'
However, despite proudly showing off her curvy decolletage, Kelly warned that cosmetic surgery wasn't for everyone.
Talking to People magazine, she said: 'It is a decision I made for myself. I like it, and that’s all that counts. For young people: Think about it before you just jump off and do something.'

Kelly will be back to her X Factor duties this weekend and will be joined by special guest Amelia Lily.
The 16-year-old was dropped from the judge's final four last week and made a teary exit from the show.
Writing on the X Factor online, Kelly said: 'It was extremely hard to say goodbye to Amelia because I have really gotten to know my girls and they are my babies. I will stay in touch for sure. In fact, she is coming to this weekend's show as my guest.'
Amelia described her X Factor rejection as being like 'having your heart ripped out.'
Walking away: Amelia Lily leave the X Factor house for good on Tuesday
The pink haired singer said: 'It is literally the hardest thing you could possibly ever go through in your life. It is like having your heart ripped out.
'It's terrifying being stood on that stage in front of a nation watching you, not knowing whether you are going to be saved or you're just going to go home.'
Amelia is now planning to write and record her own songs and claims Kelly has hinted that there are people in the music industry who already want to work with her.
