Having to wait: Kim Kardashian and fiance Kris Humphries will have to take their honeymoon in 2012
A lavish wedding celebration wouldn't be complete without a luxuriant honeymoon.
But is seems as if Kim Kardashian and fiancé Kris Humphries - who are set to walk down the aisle this Saturday, will have to wait some time for their romantic post-wedding getaway - until summer 2012.
The couple have reportedly put their dream honeymoon on hold due to work commitments that start within days of the wedding.
Dream location: This is believed to be the Santa Barbara mansion where Kim Kardashian will marry her basketball player fiancé Kris Humphries on Saturday
Kim is set to begin filming Kim And Kourtney Take New York Season Two in less than a weeks time, meaning the couple will have to jet back to the East Coast straight away.
'With her work schedule it's the earliest she can get away,' an insider told Life & Style magazine. 'Kris is not over the moon.'
However the couple have one thing to be excited about - moving into their first home together - a penthouse suite at the Gansevoort Park Avenue.
Bet you'll look good on the dance floor: A huge stage is being erected at the mansion possibly for a band after the ceremony
Kim, 30, and Kris, 26, are set to walk down the aisle on August 20 in an no expense spared ceremony.
And by the looks of the venue that she has hired for her nuptials, no expense has been spared on this eagerly-awaited celebrity wedding.
Some overhead shots of the California mansion where the reality TV star will tie the knot on Saturday have been released.
