In a week which has seen her deny bizarre reports she was was sporting a fake baby bump, Beyonce proved a point today by slipping into a maternity top.
The 30-year-old singer stepped out in rainy New York wearing a flowing snakeskin blouse which she teamed with black jeans, hat and vertiginous buckled boot heels.
While it may not be advisable for expectant mothers to totter along in tall shoes, the Run The World singer was clearly putting style before comfort.

The public sighting comes just days after the RnB star was at the centre of claims she wore a fake bump for a television appearance.
Her representatives quickly dismissed the reports as 'stupid, ridiculous and false' - but not before footage of her sporting an apparent 'squished' bump on Australian TV became a YouTube hit.
Viewers noted how at one point the cameras appeared to show Beyoncé’s bump being squashed as she sits down.
